Do you get to use your DD squads in these games? Or are you stuck using premade teams like in the Signature Teams thing from last year?
This looks like a pretty solid innings grind for us offline elites. You online casuals may not like it.
(whatever happened to joshjay? it's not even worth it to make fun of him if he's not here).
No TA innings from moments, if that’s what you were referring too. Shame.

Thanks for the free card, but it makes no sense that SDS gives Future Stars higher power stats than Babe Ruth. Gotta be kidding right? If there’s one player in the game that should have 125 power, should easily be Ruth.
This card is based on his 1923 reason exclusively. He only hit 41 home runs that year. He had several better power seasons.
I cannot believe he was only MVP once ...
The writers had an unspoken rule then, that you only could win it once, he shoulda had 5

As someone whos average/below average at the game, I'll enjoy my rewards for 60 stars lol...tried a few on hall of fame, but the jump from AS to HOF is just too fast for me.
if it is to fast using zone try usually directional hitting
I already use directional, the speed differential is just insane to me on HOF.
My OF is Trout, Mantle, Walker anyways, and if Mays or Griffey is attainable, it would have been a logjam anyways. Sucks, but there are other cards.
Definitely no need to spend 2 mil stubs on Trout when you have Mantle, Griffey, Walker and an eventual Mays. And his LS card with perks is not too far off performance wise. Pass on Awards Trout
The Trout I have is awards trout, i had 95% of it finished anyway. And it's been my best card since I got it, so very happy with it!
Besides the point, I'll get my Longo since he's my favorite player, maybe grind for Seaver, and call it a day. I like my team as it is now that I have Hornsby at 2nd!
-
26.8 k stubs 50+ k xp ton of packs 96 Longoria 96 T Hoffman 99 Seaver and the babe
-
HOF games are good too, took me about 6 hours to complete those games now grinding AL. I’ll be done sometime tomorrow

Someone mentioned how big the ballparks are which is definitely true when you think about what it takes to hit a homerun in one of em.
Before Ruth, no one was known for hitting homeruns - a combination of how players swung as well as a mindset.
I recall reading a book on Ruth as a kid where the one of the Fathers (Catholic School) would hit to the kids and just crush the ball - often with one hand.
This is what gave Ruth that drive to hit the ball as far and as hard as he could. (He also developed a swing to do that.)
I think at the time of him breaking into the league, Fred "Homerun" Baker had 12 homeruns - which had people flabbergasted. (Thats like somebody hitting 70 homeruns now.)
Ruth came on the scene and hit 29. Twenty-nine!
This was a complete upside down of the baseball world and also changed team's strategy completely. Thats huge in of itself in the idea you could count on someone to hit a homerun to get runs in.
After that year, if I'm not mistaken they changed the internal structure of the ball. It was basically the same, but if you connected solidly the ball would travel further.
Fast forward to the next year and Ruth hits a bunch more homeruns - and other players start to pick up on it.
If theres any player who deserves 125 power on both sides- its Ruth because of what he did to basically create the idea of the Home Run being a constant and actual threat. It was a revolution in Baseball.

I appreciate you bringing up Home Run Baker. I remember playing my dad's strat-o-matic using him. Heres a link to his HOF page for those interested. That bat he used man.

Is speed top of your line up 1-2, power bats 3-5, speed 6-7 and power bat 8 still the way to go.
-
I beat the AL teams then I won the 9 inning game on HOF 1-0. I beat 2 other teams on Hall of Fame. The HOF games are not to bad. I win 2-1 or 1-0. I am not great at hitting. I am pretty good at pitching. I been using Orel for the HOF games lights out. The All Star games I used Kluber.

don't know if this was replied to already, but you were eliminated from future consideration back then after you won an MVP
