Who uses live active mlb players?

Yeah. Chapman is the only LS guy on my team. I think the only LS series guy I used for any length of time this year was Trevor Story.

Any live series player worth using has a better card or will get a better card more than likely. There were only 6 LS diamonds that didn’t have a better card at some point last season.

Live series cards are absolutely pointless in this game unless you are going for collections or it is the first two weeks the game drops.

I agree, but that wasn't the point of what I was saying.
Events are themed.....Baseball returns, you'd think that the events would reflect that theme of using LIVE series players.
No one uses LIVE series cards this far in is fairly accurate. No one ever uses common pitchers in RS, but the Moonshot even was just that. There will be an event with all common/bronze hitters vs. Diamond pitchers too. Themed event.
That is why I feel they missed out on a great opportunity to have people use their live series cards.

But I agree, not a lot of use for LS players at this point except collection or selling.
LS Trout with IE v RHP when down late might be the best bench PH there is
