What's the email you need to utilize to report someone?

You can report someone by going into your game history and clicking on the game/person in question, it will give you several options asking you what you are reporting.

I know that. But dont you also have to email SDS?

Not that I know of, I think that's the only step.

It will give you the instructions once you click on the "other" option as the reason for the report.
