Why Ill never be good at this game...

I have the exact same issue every new season. Start out at 400 win a couple of games and get up to 500. Then Ill play guys who are all 20 or 30 games over .500 and ill go on a losing streak. Then Ill win a few games. Long story short as soon as I get over 500 Im playing guys who are all at least 100 higher rated than me and have a ridiculous record. I played 5 games today and gave up 35 hits. I can actually hit right now but I cant pitch. They wont chase balls but if its in the zone it gets whacked. And then Ill lose 3 in a row and be right back where I started.
It seems like its impossible to ever get on a good run bc even when you win a few you just get knocked down that much harder

Don't be so hard on yourself. Sometimes you just don't have it on a particular day. Also, it's All Star, which is totally flukey and rage inducing. HOF plays a lot cleaner, if you can grind through AS hell.

Dont let the search meter run stop it immediately and it will find someone rated same as you. Obviously as you progress and climb so will your opponent but it will always find you a even match based on your ranking. Not gonna find any gimmies but but you will always matchup even. I am 71 and 70 this year and RS this is my second year playing and most games I play win or loose have been competitive and fun. Hope that helps.
