I actually did that to grind innings - fully expecting to lose, but still playing the game because I still wanted to get some gameplay in - and I actually ended up winning 10 games. Even on 0 energy, he’s surprisingly effective.

My Mariano gets lit up like a Christmas tree half of the time. -
Feel like its 1995 again... Mariano pitched ten games as a SP and its usual in this event.

I brought him in in the third inning in a game in ranked and got SIX INNINGS out of him with eight K's and just one earned run. He was also almost unhittable in the games I used him in events unless I overused him to eat up innings. I've read a lot of negative stuff about him, but I don't see it.

My Mo has made 16 appearances for me and is 15/15 in save opportunities and the 16th appearance was a 3 inning outing in extras. He has a 0 ERA.

Prestiged Mariano in 4 hrs doing this .... good started. Mostly 2 innings sometimes 3

He's my Closer and no one has touched him.
