Just played a guy who couldn't hit water if he fell out of a boat for 26/27 outs, but somehow with 2 outs in the 5th he strings together 5 straight hits and scores 6 runs to go up 6-4. Did nothing but a few random singles for the entire game besides that ONE point. Meanwhile in 3 out of the next 4 innings I line out to end the inning with a guy on base. Then to end the game, I'm down 5-6 with runners on 1st and 3rd and put a high fastball right in the middle of the PCI, but the RNG in all its glory decides that means a ground ball right at the SS for a game-ending double play
Then my next game is against ANOTHER guy who can't hit but magically 2 out of his 3 hits are HRs (including an early swing) but when I hit a ball in the gap to go ahead in extra innings, all of a sudden the game disconnects and I get the loss.
Why am I even playing at this point!? Let's just find a matchup, flip a coin, and the winner gets the W since all this hitting engine is is a coin flip anyway.
He had gotten out 26 times by the 5th inning? Thats impressive
Letme help you out. There are 27 outs in a baseball game. 26 of those outs weouts.rly easy to get because how bad the player was as the op explains. Only one of those outs were hard to get when the guy as the op explained magically turned into a great hitter in the bottom of the fith with already two outs.
You clearly missed the joke, its ok, jokes are hard.
so is reading comprehension
haha good one. Clearly you think too much of yourself and your clap backs to realize that I fully understood his comment and made a joke that apparently went over your head. Everyone can cry about the game being against them but most of the people that complain just think they are better than they are and can't accept a loss.
Let me help you again. A couple people have made posts that don't seem to understand what the op was trying to say. Maybe it was a joke maybe it wasn't don't know don't care. All I did was explain what the op was trying to say if you didn't understand. You made the remark. " Jokes are Hard" and I replied. Wouldn't really call it a clapback.
It's not the serious. I mean you could've easily made you're same reply with out adding the condescending jokes are hard line but you couldn't help yourself and here we are. Gg though man Im doneLast thing I'll say is if you dont see how your original comment came across as condescending then I dont know what else to say.

Posts like these are always funny because I'm sure when the OP is having a bad game then puts together a rally late its because "they hung in there and figured out the pattern" but when someone else does it the game is magically working against them. Games not perfect but there is no conspiracy to make you lose.
I think I agree but it’s wildly frustrating when you are making good, albeit not perfect, contact pretty consistently and your opponent who couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn gets rewarded on early/late contact. It’s been happening to me quite a bit of late and it definitely causes you to consider that the deck is stacked one way or the other. That’s probably irrational.
Being frustrated in the moment and thinking it is something I'm sure all of us do but after playing more or stopping for a bit and continuing to think about it and actually believe it? Thats crazy to me
And I just finished another game where I had good/good fly balls off a lefty with Larkin, Sheffield, Kemp, Mantle, Reggie, and Killebrew x2. Only one went for a HR, the rest were easy fly outs. Meanwhile, my opponent got 2 just early HR in the 1st and was really not a good hitter. It’s almost like why bother playing?
Maybe im giving the people that make the game too much credit but to me slightly early swings/early swings should generate a little more power than a "good" swing because in real life when you turn on a pitch or are a little early you usually generate more power into your swing and drive the ball further. A perfect/perfect pnviously should be the hardest you can hit it but to me having early swings generate more power than good swings is realistic.
Maybe true but if you’re early on an inside FB I think in most cases it’d be a foul ball

Try aiming at the chin of a right-handed batter with Mo with the lead ..........watch the cutter go middle middle.
This is the biggest RNG I have ever seen ...........the Mo Cutter when trying to throw outside the zone.
