So I'm playing a conquest game against the Astros. Top 3rd, I manage to finally get Pudge and Trammell on 1st and 2nd base, respectively. Duke Snider comes to pinch hit and hits an RBI single. Pudge scores as I take command of the baserunning and wave him home.
Then things go awry. Trammell decides to take off from 2nd and gets himself tagged out. Then SNIDER takes off from first, and I try to get him back in time, but he's out too.
I look down and I see that I'm gripping the controller in a manner that has me pressing the circle/square/triangle/etc buttons. Is there a controller mapping scheme that puts the baserunning stuff in a location that I don't press them by accident? Because this is costing me score-wise.
This used to happen to me and occasionally still does. I got better by playing and practicing. Truth.
Dude, just control your own base-runners and practice....this isn't COD, where you're a super hero right off the bat....practice.
