Getting My Players to Throw the Ball

I’m not sure if I have messed with game play controls but my players seem to not throw the ball. The just fake throw when I hit a base. It’s mainly my catchers and outfielders. What is the best setting to throw to a base by just hitting triangle and what not?

I say button accuracy is the best by far. You should check if you have throw canceling on tho sounds like maybe your issue
