There needs to be some sort of accountability mechanism for league participation.
It can be an absolute chore as a commissioner to keep leagues moving with any sort of meaningful momentum when people quit after one game or before the season is over and you're constantly having to fill those spots.
I don't know what the exact answer is, but it shouldn't be that hard to track users who abandon leagues and limit their ability to join another league.
