Grinding offline question

I don’t have internet where I’m at but want to continue grinding for the TA3. Am I able to do MTO offline and will it still accumulate for when I do have internet or should I just build teams up to the all star break and wait to go further until I have internet??

I think MTO will work. You just have to wait until You get internet to redeem the awards.
