What to do after getting Mantle?

After 3 years of playing DD i finally completed a live series! Pretty pumped about it, but kind of bummed on what to do next. One of my favorite parts of the game is doing collections. Maybe go for a world series push? Highest i've gotten to is like 860-870. For those that have finished collections what do you guys focus on?

This was me. It’s surprising how quickly the stubs add up when you’re not worried about them. I’ve been able to buy Banks, Dibble, Britton, and soon to buy Chapman to solidify my roster. Go for the World Series man that’s why we get all these cards, to use them!

They've made LS collections more feasible this year which is great. I usually finish it later in the year but I would recommend buying legends and flashbacks while they're low in price for the Honus (or whoever it is this year) collection that will come out.
In terms of playing, I typically use my stubs to buy a bunch of players I like and create 3 or 4 different lineups with those players.
I then play RS and every time I lose, I change to one of my other lineups. If I was serious about winning to make a push for a div, I always had an 'all out' lineup that I would default to, but I found that having different rosters with different players I enjoyed using helped me just enjoy the game, especially if the gameplay started going against me.Just a couple suggestions!

The online in every show game year after year I play is just not very good. Completely different game than playing against the computer or a friend on the same TV. I don't understand how people can mostly only play online. I have played some games this year and it's the same as always. Lag lag lag. I'll play a user with a 100-25 record and beat them then lose to a user with a 55-77 record. Seems mostly like luck. I don't understand why SDS can't get the online play to be as good as offline by now. Seems like other games like 2K and Madden are able to.
This game has so many different modes to play like RTTS, franchise, showdown, MTO, Team Affinity etc Play some different modes when you are all done with the collections.

I just got Mickey as well. I was 6 cards short before today, but was able to come through with Mick through some lucky investments. I guess it is off to the Moonshot event for some batting practice.
