MTO Roster Question

Is it possible to circumvent the dozens of key players spending whole seasons in AAA because of their beginning of season injury status? While it's great to call up Deivi midseason, I've got Severino and Hicks just obliterating opponents in Scranton. Appreciate your reply

Nope the only call up's you get are chosen by the CPU. Take Boston for instance Chris Sale spends the whole season down on the farm.

thanks! would be a good future feature - something like 'player x returns from injury - send someone down and play next game for season long boost'

I agree, I would have loved to have called up a few players when doing my runs with the Cubs/Yankees and Indians.

It would be nice if they let you load a roster in to MTO , but I could see where people would abuse the custom rosters for easy affinity points but the option to at least load up a injury free roster would probably be best.
And I would even be ok with them doing call ups similarly to trades where you get a handful of opportunities a year and give you the option to choose 1 of 3-4 guys to call up.
