Outfield jumps

I know outfield jumps were one of their highlights in streams before the game dropped. I didn’t have much of an issue early but it really seems lately I’ve seen my outfielders getting horrendous jumps on balls they should be able to get to. And this is with good outfielders, like say the rookie Dawson. I’ve got him in CF, his primary position, in the event and he has 84 fielding, 81 reaction and 87 speed. And he’s getting some terrible jumps. And it’s not just him. It’s happened with rookie Mays, FS Robles and others.
Anyone else seeing this more lately where they just stand in place for a second before moving?
I know others have had issues with infielders not picking up ground balls. I haven’t seen that as much.
