Can you pull a diamond or gold out of a silver exchange pack... it doesn’t have odds for it but wondering if anybody has

For sure there’s some dude on here that always refutes this saying he’s pulled diamonds from the actual card exchange but if he has he’s the only one I’m pretty sure

I agree he is mistaken. I have pulled gold/diamond from earned silver packs in showdown, but never from an exchange silver pack.
