TA Showdown 2 update?

There's something off with the rosters you can have in the stage 2 Showdown runs. I don't think I've ever seen a card in those runs that came out AFTER Stage 2, despite seeing most of those cards pop up in Stage 1. Is there any particular reason for this? Is this something we should be filing in bug reports?

Am I really the only one who hasn't seen any new content in Stage 2 Showdowns despite seeing them in divisional showdowns?

I haven’t paid close enough attention beyond cursing my TV when I get 3 SP and a speed/contact batter on my last diamond round.
