creating a catcher

I haven't created a catcher for a while because I didn't want to call every pitch in a game causing a season to last forever. Does anyone know if you can create a catcher and have fielding opportunities and not have to call every pitch? If so how is it done?

I created a catcher, and it didn't require me to call every pitch. I played normal fielding plays and steals. I didn't have to change any settings.

As the other guy said you dont call every pitch, the only times that you do is during the showcase games in runner on first scenerios and like 1 or two of your first minor league games
