Why is Rookie Machado still 5.5k stubs

I get that the rookie collection came out, and I also know a bunch of people invested in Machado and made a killing -- but as someone trying to figure out the market, why on earth is a 78 Machado STILL worth 5.5k stubs when the other silver rookies have dropped to the 700-800 range?

It was one of the events, can't remember which.

What is the rookie collection reward?

As of now, stubs and XP. It is assumed that there will eventually be a Honus-like collection (google it.)

It will likely only go up. Even if they do another LS event their isn’t going to be much supply coming in. Pretty much anyone that plays online is likely past 5 wins in the LS event path. Personally I wish you couldn’t exchange flashback cards for this reason. Almost all copies of the card have either been collected, exchanged (so gone forever) or hoarded by investors

Be happy that it's 5k now, just wait until the Honus Wagner (big collection) comes out and every card sky rockets in price.
