Jim Abbott Push
-
With the new survey out, one name that few will probably mention is Jim Abbott. If you haven't done the survey, please fill it out and put him on your list. He was a solid pitcher for his time and would be an incredible card to have in the game if they can work the animations.
If you don't know who he is, look him up, but in short he was born with one hand. Pitched at the University of Michigan, was on the USA team after college, and if I'm remembering right, went straight to the majors (no minor league time). He was a solid starter with the Angels early in his career and had the highlight of his career throwing a no-hitter against the Indians when he pitched for the Yankees.
He won't be some high diamond stud card, but he could easily be an 84 or maybe an 85 if they did the right type of card for him. Personally I wouldn't care how good he is in game, he'd be in my starting 5 all year no matter what.

Easily one of the most underrated pitchers ever. This man did not let his disability limit him.

I'd just love to see that pitch animation in the game

I wonder if there will be some collaboration with EA and how they worked in Shaquem Griffin.
