They should tell us if they are gonna fix the game play. Content has been great though. Last years game is 4.6 this years game is a 3.8

Ehh, probably somewhere around a 7 out of 10. I really enjoy showdown/team affinity and such, if I was only playing online would probably rate it a 5 or a 6, but I don't feel the need to play ranked all that often.

Very disappointing...At launch I thought it was the best one ever. Fast forward 3 months and it is the worst one ever.

10 out of 10 couldn't be happier!! Amazing content and gameplay in one fun package. Love it

Its not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Online play probably 6/10. Honestly for me showdown alone makes the overall game about an 8/10. It is the most fun offline mode they have ever added, even though a lot of people don’t enjoy it

I'm sorely disappointed in the gameplay. Fielding has been a disaster all year. Random outcomes suck the fun right out of it. Online play is worse than it's ever been. I expected better. We'll see what PS5 brings.

The content has been great but these cards they are giving us would be nice to use in a mode that isn't a complete S-show...I'm looking at you Ranked Seasons.

Awful, wont even play ranked seasons vs 3 starters a game. LMAO who thought that using multiple starters would be a good idea? Takes away from everything that is baseball. Not every game is 7th of World Series total disgrace TBH.

All I'll say is: 21 better be good.

Online gameplay = 5/10
Offline additions (showdowns/player programs and monthly programs) = 9/10
Card release fiasco (FS vs prospect cards) and card ratings = 3/10This game had so much potential but will go down has another disappointment.

I’ve played 100 RS games but will probably only play enough to win 10 in each inning program the rest of the season.

I play showdown exclusively now. I haven’t touched Ranked for two weeks. It’s a horrible experience and I don’t need the frustration

I reached that level of frustration myself today. Its so bad, and just ridiculously random. I enjoy baseball, but it shouldn't be that frustrating. Just not worth my blood pressure going crazy anymore. I started a franchise. I'll stick to that and maybe some showdown, but I've had enough of the rng filled ranked seasons

Showdown is garbage too with the awful gameplay.
Right now, gameplay is at best a 2.

Other than showdown I'm loving it!
Sinker and cutter could use a bit of tweaking too but it's still manageable. -

Ranked Seasons= 6/10
Offline= 9/10
Defense AI= 3/10
Hitting= 5/10
Pitching= 6/10
Content= 7/10Probably won't be any hitting challenges but hey this is the only game I play.

RS= 5/10. Many different gripes but my biggest one is the SP energy and being able to come out of the pen. Facing Kluber and/or Newhouser every game is obnoxious.
Events= 9/10. My favorite thing this year. No stress in losing games, lineup and pitcher variety, quicker more fun games.
Hitting= 5/10. Been talked about a lot but the “good/okay” on squared up PCI placement Is the worst thing in this game IMO. Outer PCIs are way too big leading to too many foul balls. Check swing system is completely broken.
Fielding= 7/10. I personally haven’t had too many issues with fielding but I know a lot of other people have. My biggest concern is the overall lack of urgency.
Pitching= 7/10. Again, haven’t had too many problems here but have had a decent amount of “perfect” releases not go where I aim.
Content= 9/10. Content has been awesome in my opinion. The only reason it is not a 10 is the way the prospects and future stars cards were rolled out.
Overall, I do really like the game but the “good/okay” results on perfect PCI placement ticks me off to no end.
