Seriously... WTF happened to Showdowns ??
-
Or in play with 100+ exit velos right at someone.

I have the exact opposite. I haven't been able to beat any of the division showdowns. I also can't complete the first inning showdown. However, I've now beaten the 2nd and 3rd inning showdowns and breezed through the national league showdown twice already.
I think the missions are easier, and the bosses were nerfed as well. 2 runs with 12 outs and runners on base... it really seems more doable.

What I know for sure is that they either removed or made super rare the lucky 7 perk. I used to get it 2 out of 3 runs, I haven't seen it in three weeks.
So they are definitely screwing around with it behind the scenes.

Still easy.

haha is this the crying bowl for online people, i think there's another second of The Show forum for that....I think they call it diamond Dynasty?

They ramped the DDA slider up to 100. Outcomes seem to be driven more by context than input now.
I'm guessing it's to give the bad players a fighting chance while also potentially frustrating better players into buying stubs for the exchanges.
So disappointing that SDS continues to go down the freemium MTX model path.

Still easy.
We’re happy for you.

Don't think anything has changed. It's still very doable.

Stage 2 r pretty easy just went in the final showdown 15-15. Didn't think that would ever happen. Lol

I've started to grind the stage one divisional showdowns once the patch came out. I've had much more success on those. Still fail every now and then, but more successes than not.
The 2nd inning and beyond showdowns were put into the game being easier than the stage 1 and first inning showdowns. Like most moments you start with runners on base. I have yet to fail the stage 2 NL showdown. 5 for 5. Too bad I havent gotten most teams stage 1 done lol. That's my current grind.
