Running down a fly ball in a showdown mission, David Dahl suddenly veers left into a weird animation.

He turns away from the ball which drops in for a double. The next batter drives in a run to fail the mission.

No, it was a multi-inning challenge. Score three runs, do not give up a run.
At this point I was pitching and “controlling” the defense, except Dahl had a mind of his own running down the ball.
