AL and NL RS

2 leagues for rs, one plays nl rules with no dh and one is AL with dh. And give players a chance to reach ws in both and collect rewards, maybe have the awards nl and al dependent?
You can always just focus on one or the other if you dont have the time to invest but the people who would like a dh can choose to play that way and the ones who want to play without it can play without it.
Just an idea to change things up and give some variety to the lineups and let guys put cards in lineups that have terrible d so they just arent wasted on the bench.
Thoughts? Ideas?

No one would play the one with NL rules, I’ll tell you that much

What I think is a good alternative is if each player sets a DH and no-DH lineup, then favours one. If the home team favours the DH, both teams play with a DH. If the home team favours no-DH, both teams play without one.

I like nl rules. Lots of strategy and pitching changes, bench plays more and avoiding some crazy power bats AL teams can put in lineup.
Id honestly play both, back and forth depending on mood and success at a given time lol

That’s a really good idea.

All you have to do is put a mediocre reward in and you would have everyone playing. I like NL rules personally, I feel like I outplay my opponent from the 9 spot most games, but it would still be fun to have a DH every now and then just to add one extra card in.

I would definitely have the option to set a dh and non dh lineup.
Only difference is id have a nl rs and al rs, different menu screens, so you dont get stuck playing a dh game of u would prefer to play without it and vice versa.
I know alot of people would stick to one or the other but i know personally id go back and forth. Especially if there was rewards for both leagues. Im not good enough to make ws but it would be cool to get to cs in both divisions and get rewards. And for the elite high end players it gives them something else to grind for online and gives online play a little bit of variety.
Maybe if you can make ws in both divisions you can get an upgraded reward or collection to complete for elite rewards because that would definitely be a huge accomplishment

When Diamond Dynasty was introduced in 2012 that was an option. You picked dh on or off when creating your team. Home team decided if DH was used or not
