DD rating question
-
Does the rating at the end of the game depend on what level you are doing? Like, if you win on Wild card, you will get more than on All Star?
-
Only depends on your opponents rating.

Like, lets say that I win 8-7 on Wild card. Would I get more "Ranking points" then if I won 8-7 in All-Star? Second, this next question is in Wild Card. If I win 8-2, will I get more "Ranking Points" then if I win 8-7?

So if your opponent has a better rating then you, and you beat them, you will get more than if you beat a lesser opponent? Again, sorry for the questions. Just trying to figure it out.

If you beat a player with a higher rating than you, you will get more points. If you beat a player with a lower rating than you, you will get less points. I do not believe the severity in which you won/ lost affects how many points you gain or lose. The higher up in the rankings you get, the less points you receive after each win but I think this is more to do with ratings being closer/ playing someone lower than you because the amount of players present at the higher levels is substantially smaller. So your point about all-star vs. wild card has some merit, though not for the reasons you're trying to suggest.
