I wonder if not being able to quick sell or exchange locked in cards has anything to do with it. All levels of cards are really holding value this year.

I think this current flux is because of the event, people probably buying them as rentals and will sell back when they get as far as they want. So should come back down at the end of the week.

Who pays 95k for Verlander period? I sure am hell wont. Dont ask me to explain why people do things they do on this game? You may as well ask me why people sell their cards for less stubs than quick sale price.
The one that gets me is Cole for 160k. He may not even make my rotation if I get him.
