Are You Getting Max Points in MTO?

I'm doing a Hall of Fame run with the Jays. Both before the All Star Break and after the All Star Break I only got 15 points (17 is the max I believe). I know after the All Star break it was at the max 5 stars for my grade. Is this a glitch?
As I type, I wonder if I had A for my GM. I'm not sure. Could that be why I didn't get max? Thanks guys. Just want to make sure this isn't a glitch or something that I need to report.

I would have thought that if all 5 stars weren’t full on the summary screen. I’ve gotten it before where I didn’t get max, but I had 4.5 stars or something.
You might be right. I just thought five stars = max points.

I know that. But, have you guys ever gotten 5 stars at one of the gates and not gotten the full amount of affinity. I am guessing that this is not an issue, because no one has responded saying that they are getting shorted. Thanks for your guys help. I'm just glad I made the playoff with the Jays. I beat the Indians in the Wild Card, and now it's on to Minnesota.
