Reliever energy

So, I feel like the reason most people are willing to burn a 5 starter is because the only reliever in the game who’s energy doesn’t run out within 7 pitches is Charlie Morton and he sucks. I dint understand why they only have 75% energy to start in ranked but you can see in play with friends and leagues they have full energy
