Petty people begging for you to quit during events
-
Why do people keep asking for me to quit? Like I know all of you fake act like you're one game away when I know you're not because otherwise you'd be able to beat me, or at least have the game somewhat be close. It would be great if one of you beggars actually explained your thought process. Especially when I don't respond to you and you continue to cry about "oh please just quit, please, hello, are you there" Like leave me alone ffs I'm not stupid. Literally play the game like everybody else.

I have messaging turned off for this very reason. To try to explain the thought process perhaps this will help. I had a friend once who was in an elite army unit and he told me a story about how his buddies would try to hook up with girls. They would yell from across the sand dunes (it was in Iraq) “hey! Let me [date] you!!” And if the answer was anything other than “okay” the would wave them away and continue the search. Minimal effort and if even 1 out of 1,000 say yes it works. Hope this helps I guess?

It must work. I bet many people just quit so they don’t have to deal with it. I just don’t understand why people who like playing the game don’t actually want to play the game. What other the show activity do you need to do that you have to get these wins as quickly as possible so you can do that other the show activity.

pathetic cant compete

I leave messages on. Works both ways. I definitely don’t just quit if asked. But some people also need innings or hits, etc and will quit afterwards. So good karma to help out. Usually if a diamond World Series is asking something, they are usually legit. If a bronze or silver is “one away” probably not. Especially if lux isn’t in their line up
-
I reply back and tell em no, but I’ll play first to score.
-
Depends on my mood sometimes I turn off messages other times I like to have some fun with them I typically tell them best I can do is tell you what pitch I'm gonna throw that inning not location they either quit or we play with my handicap in place usually fun

I had a dude the other day ask me to back out bc he had 49 wins. I didn’t reply and beat him 3-2. Most satisfying win ever

I try to get something out of it...like guarantee a hit for Robinson or a double for my Face of a Franchise before I quit. Whatever challenge I am working on

Cause nobody wants to play the game. But rewards are fun.

I don't remember events being like this last year, but this event, at least every other game I had people asking me to help them out and quit.... Like WTF. You quit first, then I'll quit.
