Other players voice their frustration with showdown also, only to be blasted on here by certain individuals. Why aren’t those individuals going after you?
My gripe isn't about difficulty (Though for some I understand that frustration). It's about a lack of variety in my runs, and how annoying that is

Because this guy has a valid complaint. You shouldn’t have to face the same pitcher multiple times in one run
The bronze computer guys shouldn’t be making plays like diamonds. Center pci hit should not be labeled as OK contact. Showdown should play like a normal cpu game.
Those aren’t valid complaints?

The CPU defense is. Center PCI labeled as OK hits isn’t exclusive to showdown and yet its used as one of the top reasons that showdown is “Too hard”. I don’t get the whole ordeal about “if it says its veteran it should be that easy but the sliders are juiced blah blah blah” either. Treat it like every pitch matters instead of swinging at garbage and showdown will be MUCH easier for everyone
