Need some hitting help

My timing is so thrown off right now. I’m early on pretty much anything fastballs at 102, curveballs, sliders, change ups. Doesn’t seem to matter what pitch is thrown I’m early on all of them. I don’t know what happened I went from hitting .306 this ranked season after about 30+ games and have absolutely tanked my average over the course of these past 5 games. I’m still pitching really well, but my timing is all jacked up. I try to tell myself to sit back on the ball a little later then I’ll get late/just late timing. I went from rating 895 to 803 in like a day and I’m on a 5 game skid, any help would be appreciated.

I use the click click timing method from McGunski videos and its serving me well. From initial wind up of the pitch to when the foot comes down and there you go. Works for me 80% of the time

When do the clicks start and end? Thanks

Depends on the pitchers wind up you might have to say 3 clicks. So if its Syndergaard for example click for when he starts, second click for when his foot comes up then down and then when pitch is coming third click. Wish I can find a video for better example but experiment on Syndergaard first this method.

Also, on the last click, is that when you swing?
