I know he didn't have an amazing career, but I would still love to see his card in the game or in future versions.

His postseason card at least. That's when he woke up!
Anyone remember that commercial where his windup
    was a dance?

The guy was a good big-game pitcher. He wasnt all that durable like his brother, but he won a lot of big games. Would be a decent addition.

He would need modifiers for all the arm angles!

The best of El Duque was that time where he fielded the comebacker but the ball got stuck in the webbing of his glove.

He throws the glove to first for the out.

    Classic.

I’ve seen Jon Lester do that twice. He’s more accurate throwing his glove to first.

Give the man some credit, he debuted at age 33, has some really good years and manages to pitch into his 40s. He's a modern day satchel Paige

    Mulholland did it as well.

33 is a far cry from 42. I liked El Duque, but it is an insult to compare to Paige.

Both pitched into their 40s after starting in the bigs late, Paige obviously later but there's no one else like them, hence the comparison
