Haven’t been in the MTO forum until now, so I’m sorry if this has been discussed already...

First of all I just want to say that I’m loving MTO this year (nice to throw in a bit of positivity on this forum whenever possible).

But here is my question... if you look in the Team Affinity rewards screen, the Yankees and the Marlins seem to get the same rewards based on your performance in MTO. So is there any difference choosing a “Favorites”, “Contenders”, “Underdogs” or “Longshots” team? Shouldn’t you get a lot more points for winning games with the Marlins rather than the Yankees?

They don't. You just have to win more than expected.

There's really no difference in the points earned in the season so long as you surpass your expected win total. Win your moments, make championship run trades (trade away your prospects for older players that will help you win now) and it will take care of itself.

Yup, it's really all about getting more Ws that you were expected to get. Make a few non-stupid trades so your front office score is okay, and you're bound to get the maximum points for the first half of the season. Same goes for 2nd half, as long as you finish top of the Div.
I reckon I butchered every single 'player boost' and 'finish the no hitter' moments, and still get the 11 TA points in Veteran per season half..

Does it allow you to make more than one trade?

Yeah it will pop up quite a few times, it's random who gets offered though
