MTO Noob help - how do I move players to active roster

I have 2 guys that show on my roster . . . But aren’t on game day list. I would prefer them as bench players to the default player. How to I swap these guys around?

You can not make any movies on MTO unless the CPU stops your sim asking if you want to call up whatever player is good in AAA.
