This game will give me an aneurysm. My opponent digs balls out of the dirt for homers while I line out on perfect perfect, good good and good squared. I just quit. Which I never do. And it was reconfirmation that this game is just bad.
I don’t know if directional is what ppl are using to hit everything - they certainly aren’t good. That I know by the fact they swing at everything and strike out 15-20 times a game.
3-2 worked count mike trout lefty right perfect perfect OUT.
0-2 lefty lefty big Papi ball in the dirt homer.
This is the meta of this game. Patience precision, and timing are snuffed while impatience, rushing and swinging at every pitch is rewarded.
I know the “top players are the top players”.
Whatever. I’ve played enough to know this is not in my head.
Have fun guys. I just can’t stomach it.

I agree with what your saying especially patience. Deeper counts = more favorable counts = higher odds. Baseball is meant to be played w over 200+ pitches both sides. Unfortunately a slower game would prob sway the fan base of this game. And SP relieving a SP defeats the purpose also. If I took your pitcher to 100 pitches and you took mine to 70 I should have the lead but it just doesn’t work that way

That is a ridiculous statement. Just because you got more pitches doesn't = you should have the lead.
What if you got more pitches because you had a ton of singles, but then couldn't come through with runners on?
Meanwhile, your opponent got the bases loaded once and hit a grand slam, but got unlucky the rest of the way, lining out.That scenario would mean you see more pitches in the game, but does that mean you SHOULD have the lead? Of course not.

Of course it doesn't guarantee the lead... But it definitely puts the percentages in your favor.
More pitches thrown means more fatigue, more balls, wasted pitches, etc., Usage of the underbelly of bullpens..
Great teams irl always work pitcher's counts. The Yankees of the last 30 years are famous for this -

There are always exceptions. My opponents almost always have a higher pitch count because I'm a taker, I love getting the walk. Doesn't mean I should win all of those games, there are other factors. -
That's why online blows monkey balls......70% there have no idea what patience is....they want to play weak sauce acrady homerun derbys.

This game is beyond broken. I enjoy grinding for new cards, but when I’m playing and a just late okay is rewarded and my good squared is a bs fly ball. That’s just one example. Perfect perfect is broken also

@A_PerfectGame just take a break man. I went on hiatus for 2 days. I came back yesterday and enjoyed it. Only had a slight migraine while playing not the normal high blood pressure risk that is per usual
