Corbin Moments

Does anyone actually enjoy these? I thought that most of the moments have been pretty fair and simple with the exception of a few. These 9 inning pitching moments are unbearable though, I don’t mind 1 or 2 innings, but nothing worse than failing at the end only to have to slog through it again. Wish they would keep moments to being just a moment, not a full game. Make moments fun again.

I finished one and didnt enjoy it, but got those 25 Points and the Card anyway. It's not even in my Rotation tho...

They honestly don't take long cuz of the relatively easy difficulty level and the player lock. And in their defense, it's tougher to make pitching missions very exciting. That said, no they're not fun lol!

I guess that was my main point, they are not fun. I would like to see them stay away from these until they can hopefully overhaul pitching on next gen.

I will be honest with you, I have skipped them all.
I tried the 1st one - 5IP 8K, I was getting guys out, but I was not generating the K's.
After 4 or 5 attempts, I looked at the missions.Do the online missions and skip the moments.
I am not an online player, I just play the RS games to get the stars for the program (10 RS win is 30 stars).I loaded up my rotation with 3 D-backs starters and 2 relievers. I then played some events and got it done for the most part. I got the 15 innings with d-backs pitchers but I still need 4 k's with starters.
Doing this, plus the Zimmerman 3 xbh's in conquest will net you the 25 points needed for Corbin.
Sometimes moments are just not worth it, especially for a card like Corbin.

Moments in general annoy me, but these long pitching ones are horrible. Go 7 innings and then Turner dings one and you have to restart everything.

I was able to acquire Zimmerman and Corbin without doing any of their moments but just other missions.

Corbin has an unhittable slider. I threw low outside slider to lefties and down inside tight slider to righties. They couldn't touch it. Only other pitch I threw was a high and in fastball. Fastball and slider...that's it.

Against humans or offline?

I like them because it gives me a prolonged opportunity to test these players out to see if like them. So far, only Granderson has spent a good amount of time in my lineups though.
I actually like moments, and look forward to new releases.
