Literally played a full 9 inning game. Hit 1,000 times better than my opponent. He chased a bunch of pitches out of the zone for foul balls. Meanwhile a barely just late swing completely on the ball doesn’t stay fair for me. Not to mention the several perfects that I got in the game that resulted in outs. Sometimes more than one in an inning. For him to fluke his way into a within one run game twice. And immediately fluke his way into a win with a swing on a ball COMPLETELY out of the zone that bloops over my first baseman’s head for a single. Walk off. I understand that in real life sometimes you hit a ball hard for an out. But this is a video game. The system needs to be rewarding especially when I am playing way better than my opponent. You’re telling me I’m better off swinging at pitches out of the zone than I am perfectly squaring up and timing swings???

What was your pitching input like on those bloop hits and how many PP did you have (that were hits and not)? Difficulty?

hitting is a joke in 25...if you're down a run..it's pretty much over.

Hitting and pitching suck. I can throw perfect pitches for them to hover in the middle.

You are much better off trying to get early and late input if the server is even remotely not good or laggy. I know that sounds crazy but if ur match is one of those pool noodle matches I would just quit right out of it. That’s what I do now. Ya it’s ranked but who cares it’s not worth the hassle. And the development of this game is lacking. The rendering it terrible. It has serious issues and is way behind the times.
In my opinion just quit once again when that [censored] starts happening. It’s not “baseball” it’s a broken game with very very little investment into their servers and honestly investment into the entire game from a development standpoint other than content. I think they (SDS) has a decent grasp on content
