If my program is correct and my ChatGPT expertise are to be believed there are 105 total players who received a 99 OVR each year from MLB 21 - MLB 24.
Out of those 105 there are still 35 who have not received a 99 yet this year. Of those 35 there are 6 who are not in the game at all this year (Brandon Crawford, Charlie Blackmon, Don Mattingly, Ernie Banks, Joey Votto, and Minnie Minoso). That leaves the following 29 players. Some will undoubtedly get their 99 card (Harper, Machado, etc) but others may be in question.

Yeah, I should have not had Chatgpt try and include that. Maybe the file was just to big. The current JSON file is over 300,000 lines long. I did not notice the problem. I only spotchecked a few and then assumed the rest were all correct.
But other than the overall, the list is correct in that neither has received a 99 this year but had one in each of the previous 4 years.
