@PriorFir4383355_XBL Yes, let's compare two completely separate circumstances as if they're the same. That makes your argument all the more valid.

@reardons_MLBTS play how you want for rewards OR for stubs to buy the rewards.

The similarity is quite obvious, but I guess you had to find a way to disagree without really having a logical avenue to disagree. Folks paid their money for this game and they want it to function in a way that brings them happiness. Why do you think this forum exists in the first place? It exists primarily to give customers a means to communicate feedback.
Now, it's quite obvious that SDS is continuing their decades long streak of doing a rather pathetic job of listening to customer feedback and making changes to implement the merits of those concerns. But, folks still have the right to air those concerns, and in this case, I think the OP has a very legitimate concern.

It’s just a dismissive, selfish, canned response from all the SDS tribalists. It’s pure denial plain and simple.

@DemIsE4_XBL 100 hits for 20 pack....

The 8 out mini boss showdowns are awful. The way hitting is this year its just way to easy to crush 8 straight Good/Good or Perfect/Perfect at'em outs.
-
8 outs means a RP with one run to score. Don’t swing unless you have 2 strikes to drain their stamina. 12 outs down 2 vs SP is worse

if you are able to do 8 straight good/good or perfect/perfects … you should be good enough to beat every showdown any time

I have no problem requiring skill or luck to get the big cards but there should be an option to get them from time as well. If your good you can use them right away but if not it should take a season or two to unlock them. Some really long stat grind or something where you know eventually you will unlock them one way or another, then it really will be play as you want and still reward the people that really work on their stick skills. Kind of like how they add the extreme missions to bypass the long grind on a lot of the recent promos, its great but you don't have to do them its just going to take a lot longer.
