Sosa Program Is BS

This program is a complete joke, real bs. It is such an unrealistic demand to force to play moments to complete the program. What happened to play the way you want, did they abandon that so early. The card simply can't hit with the junk the pitchers throw. Do they want people not to fill their theme teams and get disinterested in the game that much. I mean it is one of the programs that doesn't have repeatable pxp....just ridiculous. Not everyone is good at moments abs showdowns yet they cram it down our throats. No way I'm playing moments that will take hours to complete....just another way to hate playing the game abs there are loads more games dropping thatcan easily replace it, very easily

Well, maybe you should have done the Moments as they came out and so you wouldn't have to sit through hours of Moments at the end of the month! I think that is the reasoning for SDS to have it spread throughout the month. So, if you were worried about a Cubs theme team, you probably should have thought about that early on when they dropped this at the beginning of the month. If you are not worried about the Cubs theme team, then you shouldn't be worried at all since you said you can't hit with that card anyways.

The card rakes and is very easy to get. Currently at 96 points waiting for the last mission tomorrow

Sosa program is one of the game's wins. Ton of good packs throughout. 20 HR with Cubs kind of sucked to do, but all the other missions were done through normal play.
Its not like June had a lot of content, plenty of time to knock the moments out

There's no way I'm getting him unless the final mission is a repeatable mission because I've tried to do the 8 total bases moments too many times to count and can't do it

These are very easy man. Use free anchor setting and set your pci low in the zone and hammer hanging sliders and change ups. The cpu in these moments throws a lot pitches in that location. These arent hard at all. You got this.

@sbchamps17_NSW 8 total bases is misleading, its two home runs or bust. Its very possible but if you dont get one first try restart.

Only moments left at 3 hits and 8 bases moments and he can't hit a lick.....his other card hits fine...only one moment I got on the first try.....he just so late most of the time....if only they threw pitches besides inside and outside pitches.

That 'Moments Of Glory' program was all moments.....
Many crocodile tears flooded the streets over that one, lol.
The program is weird, but not a joke. The May Spotlight pack just before Sammy should be changed to a June one, though.
That said, we need the spelling police really badly in this forum! Too many words spelled worng

It was a pretty easy program. Im at 96. Do you complain for a living?

I’m terrible at hitting in this game and I still found these easy (besides one of the 8 total bases taking a half hour). Many of the home run challenges were 1 swing bombs with not perfect placement

What will be interesting is if they add another Sosa Mission (or two) so folks can skip any of the 8 TB moments.
I’m predicting they add one mission so we only have to do one of the 8 TB moments

if you cant do it, this is definitely not the game for you. Minus trying to do it on the Switch, which is not easy, there is no reason you can't, other than you're lazy

Nobody is “forcing” you to play the program. I’m not a good hitter. .230 avg in Ranked, I don’t think I’ve been matched up with anyone with a lower avg than me in months. And I’m knocking out these moments pretty easily. Some take maybe 6-7 minutes if I’m in a slump, but if you’re not good enough to do these simple moments, the game doesn’t owe you anything. If you’re so bad that you can handle this program, you wouldn’t be able to hit with Sosa on your team anyway so who cares.

The amount of complaining about this Sosa program is crazy.
I am a strictly offline player. Usually grind on Rookie/Veteran and will occasionally dabble in the higher difficulties when necessary in modes like Conquest and DQ. My point is, I am not that skilled at this game, but still completed the Sosa program with relative ease. Did some of these Moments take a few extra attempts? Absolutely, but they were all extremely doable.
People making it seem like this is some kind of alternate Extreme program. The game has its issues and SDS is far from perfect, but anyone bashing them over this particular content is going to be impossible to please.

People are pissed off at them for the 8 total bases moments, those are the ones that people who are having problems with including me, don't bother saying directional hitting because that did nothing for me except hitting ground balls

I’m sure you were doing this, but just in case. When using directional on these moments, make sure you put your stick so it’s trying to pull the ball up and toward left field. If you just leave it, you’ll get a lot of groundouts or pop-ups. It’s not a magical fix and sometimes doesn’t work, but I’ve found when I just can’t get the HR with zone, switching to directional sometimes works out better, not always, but sometimes.
