Well that was the point I was trying to make. You don’t wanna play online, then don’t but don’t criticize the game when 75% of the community plays online

You say if 2nd inning has 50 points you can only earn online, but it right now has 105 points that you can only earn offline. I play both, so its whatever to me, but let's not be hypocritical. Online only players have no desire to play conquest or Showdown.

Its like that for CAP too.
Honestly if it wasn't for COVID, I would have paid for PS Plus by now and got online to max out these missions. Once I am back to work full time, I will bite the bullet. I hate playing online, but if it's to grind out stats, I can do it. I did it back on 17.

Offline players spend just as much man. I've seen offline only players drop over a grand on stubs/packs.

He's saying if offline players get to complain about needing to play Online to get the last 15 stars for the Jackie program how is that any different than online players being forced to play conquest to get those last 15. You get Jackie either way. It seems ridiculous that offline players are complaining about not being able to earn packs and XP when the main reward doesn’t require online play

Yeah before DD it wasn't an online game. But since DD came this game has evolved and became ever better. One of the easiest games to actually build a good team without having to spend money.

It's stupid to spend that much money no matter if you play online or offline. It happens on all the games though. I know many people that drop that much and more on FIFA and only play Squad Battles (offline only mode).
I mostly play offline vs CPU in 9 innings on HOF and enjoy it more than Conquest.

This is 100% correct.
What I do not understand is why are people driving themselves insane trying to get a card that very few of us will ever use. There are sooooo many better options at 2nd base / LF.
I was grinding the moments and I realized that I was getting frustrated for a card that will never make my team. Even No Money spent guys have better options (XP Reward Sandberg, Monedesi plus FOTF cards like Gleyber).
If you are a Jackie or Dodgers fan knock yourself out. But for the rest of us, don't let these missions drive you nuts. Besides we have two new programs dropping today (POTM and 2nd Inning). -

Yes, but how can we have everything if we're not entitled to everything? We should always have everything we want, because we want everything, no? Didn't Super Mario Bros. on NES give you the princess for free after 10 unsuccessful runs? Or was it 20? Mike Tyson's Punch Out took a knee for a 10 count on your 3rd try though, that I'm sure. I remember refusing to play CoD but getting the trophy on PSN anyway, because I needed them.

You think I want to get 3 triples with a gold Jackie card in conquest? How does that not punish online players. If you couldn’t afford PSN or couldn’t get internet good enough to play online, I can see the issue. You flat out refusing to play online is the exact same thing as forcing me to play conquest

You clearly are not a completist or have OCD. Those of us who play offline need goals to achieve, completing all programs or collecting all cards is our focus. Seeing those items left unfulfilled is going to bother us. I spent 50k to get to 1000 stars for 1st inning program. Technically that program ended at 300, but I cant leave that much on the table.
When I am financially able I am getting PS plus because I saw today that you can get a Prestige Diamond Barry Larkin. I want all Reds cards seeing that Prestige Diamond dark in my inventory is going to bother me. I hate playing people online l. But this is leaving me no choice. Plus it'll be the only way I get Jackie at all. That 2 doubles one steal moment is going to take longer than playing online with rookie Robinson.
