Dibble card price

Since Rolen was introduced, cards, especially in the All-Star collection really went up in price.
Dibble literally doubled in price. Was this a Chase card? I don’t understand why this card specefically ballooned. Any insight to this?

@NWOStunna_PSN Dibble (his chase card) was never again in there, when the next chase pack dropped. He was also not included in the flash sale … So … a classic … low supply, high price - thing
