Since last game update. now game freezes in menu when trying to pinch hit or warm up a pitcher in the bullpen

i have already let the show know there is a glitch. this is now 6 times it freezes on MANAGER tab when trying to pinch hit or warm up a pitcher. It does it maybe every 10 games. None of the controller (PS5) buttons work except the playstation logo IN The game. If i go back to menu, all buttons work. i have to quit the game and go back into the game. i wish they allow you to post a picture i would show the screen.
