Accidentally purchased packs refund?
-
I have a habit of moving through the menus quickly. Twice today while I was moving through the menu to open packs I got in Conquest, I accidentally went to the Buy Packs menu and bought the April spotlight pack. 50,000 stubs gone. From those two accidental pack purchases.
Is it possible to get a refund of stubs?? I swear it is way too easy to do this by accident.

No refund, if they do it for you then everyone will want that as well, just gotta be more careful

Man. Sucks. The least they could do is make the UI bring up the packs menu first, NOT the buy packs menu

I must say I have never "accidentally" bought packs. There are a number of buttons that must be pressed before one actually buys a pack. There doesn't need to be additional buttons nor more warnings. Maybe, people who tend to just not pay attention to what they are doing in the menus should pay attention more. SDS has plenty of issues, but this is not an SDS issue. This is an operator error that is completely, and easily, preventable!

The way they have the store this year is predatory, as one user mentioned earlier in the season. I tapped the buy button on a Gold starter pack real early on. I wasn't too happy, but pulled some good Golds. SDS thinks they're slick. The store this year sux, and their trickery is not funny. To lose 50K stubs like that is bulldangy!
I totally disagree with the poster above me who must work for SDS. The store was never like this. -

Honestly I think my controller is part of it? Serves me right for getting an off brand wired controller lol

Eh it’s whatever. I’ll make the stubs back eventually.

@LadySwampfox_XBL You're not the first to not pay attention to the warning and you won't be the last.

Hope you pulled something good
