Level Headed Review

I love this game, I’m just a huge sports fan so I always find myself buying it every year to fill in my nights when I get free time. I do a lot of grinding of programs and once and awhile live series collection stuff but I’m by no means a spend money more then my pre order grinder. I’m no “top 200” player but I make my way to championship every year and threaten and get to World Series every once and awhile. That being said this is my own personal review of DD this year and gameplay as a whole. I think graphics wise could it be better? Yes. Is it bad? Absolutely not. I’ve been playing this since the days of MLB 06 and before “triple play baseball” so I’ve watched the transformation of graphics from year to year system to system and I think they are great. Gameplay wise I do enjoy the new reaction fielding mechanics makes you need to play decent fielders so people can’t just god squad terrible players in secondary positions but they play like gold glovers like years passed. Pitching is pitching, i think people are getting so good with zone hitting that pitching is more of a survive, hunt corners and pray you don’t hang a pitch but overall pitching is as good as you can really make it. Hitting is where I’ve had my biggest issues. Everyone’s argument is that we are using lower skilled cards cause it’s the first time we have had a power creep so people aren’t used to not hitting HRS constantly. I tend to agree with this but I think it still comes down to the inconsistency. I preferences this in another post but my example which is more then one time but I was using a base Buxton which I had at a level 4 parallel so a very solid power hitter. I’m playing someone and they throw a FB down the middle and I was sitting on it square it up get perfect perfect so it’s time so celebrate the hr…. Nope just a lazy fly ball to the left center field wall at a minor league park that i picked end up losing the game even got a message from the person I played laughing cause they thought it was a auto Hr as well. Fast forward to the next game, same batter same pitcher same ballpark. Fastball down the middle perfect perfect… 472ft no doubt. So this is my biggest problem, how is it less then 400 one game and 472 next with 99.9999% variables the same. And for people saying launch angle I’m pretty sure they were almost identical as well. Regardless of the argument this happens far to regular it’s a coin flip as to what the result is. I understand not every perfect perfect is a hr our an auto hit but the issue is why are the results so different when everything is presented the same. It’s hard to play online a lot because I find I’ll be hunting a pitch like a slider down away and I get it get perfect perfect and it’s a lazy fly our or just a line out and ur like [censored] there goes my chance, needs to reward the person whose hurting a pitch and gets it and squares it more then it does. Thats really my biggest issue with hitting this year. Other then that I’ve loved played it’s a video game it’s not 100% real so unless it’s ur lively hood and your a streamer whose life and pay comes down to playing well then take a deep breath and just laugh off the bad stuff that happens. I find myself getting more pumped up this year when I grind my way back into a game and hit a walk off then I do when I lose a 4-3 game cause I missed a couple HRs that were perfect perfect. It’s easy to pick out every fine detail that’s wrong, but end of the day alot more is right then wrong with the game this year.

Just a suggestion. Break this up into paragraphs.
