No relievers

Does anybody else have this issue where the AI manager doesn't ever pull the starting pitcher for either team and they end up going for 130 pitches or more even if they give up 6 HRs and 10 or more runs total?
(2 way female SP/1B, watch full game, no simming, PS5 if that helps at all)

Same here also watch full game 2 way Sp-LF im on xbox

This is how it should be. Pitchers should only come out of a game due to injury.

@theBlindRhino_PSN That couldn't be farther from the truth. I'm saying the bullpen NEVER gets used. Not relievers, not set ups, not closers. No matter the situation, the pitch count, anything, the starter on both teams ALWAYS plays the entire game. That is most definitely a glitch and one that happens every game.

@EmberBurnsAll13_PSN Old Hoss Radbourn threw 73 complete games in 1884 at the age of 29. These "guys" today can barely get through 5 innings. These video game players are more then capable of throwing 130 pitches per game if we just let them.

Dang, my female 2-way player (sp/rf) can't get through a single game without being lifted by the manager at some point. I wonder if the "watch full game, no simming" thing has anything to do with it — I'm on impact plays only, I believe.

@Demadrio_PSN If my RTTS character starts she will get pulled but then that guy plays the rest of the game. No closer or anything. If she plays 1B, the starter plays a complete game. Either way the other team's starter always plays a complete game. The bullpen will warm people up for 3,4,5 etc innings, they will never enter the game.

@SDS_JoeK_PSN I realize this is probably lower on y'alls radar but I'm hoping this tag helps this get resolved. I personally don't sim anything ever, I play every spring training game and regular season game in their entirety and as such, this bug makes RTTS unplayable. I'd love to continue the experience. The problem seems to be when "watch full game" is selected in the options both for RTTS and player lock in franchise mode. I know I'm not the only one having this issue, I just seem to be the most vocal about it. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

@EmberBurnsAll13_PSN Thanks for the tag here as well. As I mentioned in the other thread, I'm passing this on to the team.

@SDS_JoeK_PSN Thank you so much! I really appreciate the response. I really have been enjoying the female RTTS experience up through college. I just couldn't keep going with the pitcher situation as is but I am looking forward to being able to continue and see where the story takes us.

@SDS_JoeK_PSN @SDS_JoeK I figured out a work around. Whenever you think a reliever should be out, pause, go to Next Appearance but immediately stop it (Square on PS5). Then select Enter Game to go immediately back in. This triggers the game to put the pitcher in that would be in if you were just playing the highlight moments. It’s been working for me. Sometimes you’ll do it and there’s no change so I just do it when I think there would be a new pitcher on the mound.
