Removing a Friend or Notifications of What You Pull or Finish in The App

Is there a way to remove a friend in the game but not on PSN? there's a person that's always bothering me but I don't want to play with them and they get the notifications when I finish a program or pull a diamond and I don't want them to be bothering me

Go to that friends page, remove said "friend" and block them.
