Wishes for next year road to the show

Here my ideas for next years to road to show both man and girls
-
For postions only, players can change position like alternative position for an example Second base to shortstop or be infield, or infield and outfield, infield and outfield, and Cather or be an Utility player. Make game funnier also have DH position and ask to pitch hit or pitch run during important game.
-
I have like 2k feeling having player go for extra workout and batting, field and etc. change and live action in dugout and club house.
-
Pitcher can be relieve during regular season pitcher and starting pitcher come out relieve during playoff and World Series.
-
Two way player I like idea pitch and DH but I don't like playing in field but my idea be pitch whiles DH and DH not pitching.
-
If free agent after season player can select any team not one team offer or ask get trade. Also ask for no trade clause.
These my idea for next year

I don't know if the following suggestions are possible or not, but here it goes.
- I would love the ability to choose what year you're drafted in, so people my age could go back and play in past years. Eg: I graduated H.S. in 1992 so I'd choose for my career to start in the beginning of 1993 and therefore play with/against players from 1993 on. If it's too much data, than maybe just from the modern era.
- A Stats search option (not necessarily advance but could be). Examples: Look up other player stats. The ability to filter search your players stats like How many Grand Slams, hitting streaks, RISP, walkoff HRs, walkoff Hits, etc, etc. I have a friends nephew whose currently playing AA for the Red Sox. I would've gotten a kick outta looking him up to see how his progress is in the game, lol,
- The ability to virtualy view the stadiums.

I have a very simple and yet profound recommendation. End the entire tie-in between player attribute scores and equipment, and as a result make all pieces of equipment available upfront. RTTS isn't an online competition mode, it is a versus CPU mode, so equipment should work just like it already does in Franchise. The idea that woefully outdated equipment is worn by MiLB players is utter nonsense. The finest equipment is available for all minor league teams.
All increases in attribute scores should be based entirely on quality of play on the field. Make a good play, get a bump in that attribute. Make a bad play and it gets deducted. You start off at a lower level consistent with where you were drafted, and you have to earn your promotion, not buy it with equipment, perks, or other such phony means.
