P 5's In '25

As someone that P5s there favorite players or new cards that seem to be meta. I would like to see the parallel change to where a P1 is +1 to all attributes and so forth ending at P5 which would be +5 to all attributes. If they were to do this I feel like they should make it harder to P5 players. Thus would kind of stand out next year for the consumer that takes the time to P5 players.

I want them to overhaul the system. Have different levels to the pxp. It was frustrating seeing a card get released that you wanted, thinking you'd get to 5 before others, only to see that someone hit 5 in a day or two by spamming a game at Coors or any high elevation CAS on rookie.
Have pxp for all difficulty levels. I would have a lot more respect for someone who would have a pxp 5 on all-star or above. Or better yet....take off the stat boost or keep that at 5, but let the pxp go endlessly. So someone can have a card at like pxp 167.

As someone who has had a number of P5 1/1s (around 20) hitters take 3-4 days so it's reasonable. Unless it's a really popular card.
I have a few popular cards, but I think they were during kind of a dead time for the game. I'm finding it hard to have a chance at any of the finest cards. Might have a shot at one or two.Pitchers are ridiculous though. Which is why I have none. I'll probably have Glasnow done by tonight but TWO guys had him early LAST night. Insane.

I know it's reasonable. I never hit 1/1 but had a few top 20s. It's just nuts seeing how fast some of these cards get there because of people playing against the cpu on rookie at Coors. I'd love a legit ranking system or a neverending pxp system.

Trust me even though we use some "hacks" you have to be a pretty decent offline player to get it done.
If your OPS with the guy is less than 2.400 or so, you have no chance.
And I play a lot but never pulled an all-nighter or anything crazy.

No you don't. It's very easy. A pitcher...you get 500 pxp points for pitching a complete game with 15 ks. On rookies, that easy.
Same with hitting. Whoever you want to see leveled up, bat him 1 thru 3 and you're guaranteed at least 5 at bats with that hitter on rookie at Coors. Now granted...it takes longer for a hitter, but still.
-
I feel like I don't play that much but I keep up with content. I have 35 total ranked games and more times than not I finish the br and event rewards. I've skipped a few.
I play conquest or mini seasons when it makes sense to towards team affinity or a program. I didn't do the nation or extreme conquest.
With that said I think my p5s are posada, chipper, j roll, live series trout, Ruth, the first randy, Jacob mizarowski or whatever... And maybe 2 or 3 more. Last week I just got posada and chipper.
I feel like if you have a full time job then getting to P5 isn't super common. I don't know how rare it is meant to be but for the most part I feel like it's not unattainable for most cards unless you play every single day.
I essentially just kept posada, j roll and chipper in my lineup all year.
So Idk, I think the system is fine... It feels cool to P5 someone I guess but most cards are miles away and it's fine. I never pay attention to how many others have p5'd someone as it doesn't motivate me to be the first to do that and I'm not playing at Coors in rookie for 30 hours to do that lol
I thought prestige was cool too. I think I liked prestige better even if we maybe didn't get an attribute boost because once I get p5 I wanna take that player out of the lineup because they're "done"

That can all be done on Veteran as well for even more points.

@SupremeKai_510_PSN adding any difficulty to game and half the players are going to lose their minds . I can see it now " by time I p5 my player it's useless the new card came out" . They'll accuse sds of purposely adding difficulty so you spend more on new cards . But what are you gonna do ? People are gonna people.

The parallel system as it is right now is perfect. No reason to change it except maybe add more levels (I personally wouldn’t, but maybe a P6 would be earned through certain stats, online play, etc).
-
@SupremeKai_510_PSN Isn’t this the way it is this year?
-
@SupremeKai_510_PSN4th that's how it is right now with the P5s
-
@sbchamps17_NSW Pretty sure he is suggesting P1 should be +1, P2 should be another +2 (so +3 total), P3 should be another +3 (so +6 total), etc. P5 would be +15 total (+1, +2, +3, +4, +5). That’d be crazy.

Oh. Yeah if that’s what he’s suggesting, then, no. That’d be ridiculous.
