@sbchamps17_NSW point of advice.
Even though you mainly have LS cards; so the TA S 3 CH 1 Conquest Map first.
You're going to get credit towards that TA anyway.
You can also pick our team, from each division, and pitch 5 games with the same team's pitchers. That way you'll work towards the 50 Ks mission.
You finish the Conquest and get 50 Ks with those pitchers and toy have 175K, out of 200K, done.
I also set up 4 rosters.
Main/Grind
Season 1
Season 2
Season 3I use the Main/Grind to hammer out programs and TAs. Then as I unlock Season specific cars; I also put them in that Seasons lineup.
That way you have 4 lineups with what players you think are the best for each Season.
Also, pick Captain O'Neil Cruz and play him in your Main-Grind lineup. You can get to Tier 3 easily.
You can also set up you Pitching Captains, when you get them, yo co-incide with each Division to get those 50Ks. Whom I used:
Capt Eovaldi for the AL East.
Capt Domingo for the NL East. Capt Scherzer for the AL Central. Captain Tallion for the NL Central. Captain Keuchel for the AL West
Captain Kelly for the NL West.I just loaded up on enough pitchers, you may have to buy some Common or Bronzes, to have a Starter and 2 relievers, at least, but you can actually Tier 3 each pitcher easily.
I then pitched the Captain Starter for at least 1 inning, maybe 2, and the Captain Reliever the same.
You could even use one of the common relief pitchers to 'put up runs' if you're not already in a Save situation. That is if you're worried about parallelling the Captains

Thank you for the advice, been trying to knock out some of the programs 1st. I'm just taking it slowly because I'm in no hurry

At no point in your rambling, incoherent post were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this forum is now dumber for having read it.
And may God have mercy on your soul.

The sheer intensity of people's anger and disappointment is sometimes amusing.
-
I'm just upset that I unlocked Babe and Aaron, and can't hit with either. Fun times 🤪

I have Babe to P4 but have trouble pitching with him, as for Hank Aaron I'm right there with you I can't hit anything with him so he's not in my lineup anymore

The amount of grinding for Clemente is odd

I may not bother with it but this is a prime example of SDS not being able to please everyone. One group of players have been complaining that all of the programs were too short and too easy and that they finished them too quickly.
Then SDS releases a program that involves more grinding and another group of players think the grind takes too long.

The flip side is if you do events there is zero grind. Just play the event normally and youll get it, you might not even need to do a moment.
As for offline, its essentially a core card (as are all cards now) and you can probably get it done passively, except for perhaps the XBH with Pirates. That's how I'm doing it, most modes don't care about seasons anymore so you have a lot of flexibility in cards you can use.
The issue for me is its only Clemente. For example, on the same day they released a 98 Guidry, a past Clemente award winner. Why isnt he in the program? There are enough past award winners under license where they can rotate them around without having the same releases every year with a little planning (a lot of winners got action figure cards)
-
@Dolenz_PSN More grinding? I got him just from doing the event. I wasn’t even consciously grinding that program. It was still extremely easy.
-
@GoozeFn_PSN Not everybody plays Events.
In events you get 5 points for 21 xbh and a sixth point if you win. Offline you get 2 points for 21 xbh and you have to do it with 4 different groups of players and also get 2100 XP with Pirates.
So while I am glad you finished it quickly it is definitely more of an offline grind than most other programs have been. Probably not the worst but neither is it the quickest.

I've never understood people who buy a baseball game then complain about having to play a baseball game.

It's the only one I can think of where you had to do everything, and there is no repeatable.
I would think its at least twice as much grinding as any of the other programs, although launch Clemente would help cut it down if you can manage to get XBH with him -
@Dolenz64_XBL OK that makes sense. I never really looked at the missions and was surprised when I completed it.
-
@Teak2112_MLBTS Maybe offline you have to do everything. I don’t think I completed any of those missions. I think I completed it with event wins and moments only.

I think saying something is a grind is not the equivalent of them saying they don't want to play.
Would you say that someone who does not enjoy Moments is complaining about having to play the game? Is someone who never attempts a Showdown someone who does not want to play? Are people who avoid playing online ones who don't want to play?
Maybe the Clemente missions aren't that bad. Maybe there is a lot of synergy between the 4 groups you have to get XBH with. But at first glance it looks like you need 84 XBH, 21 each with RF, Puerto Ricans, HOF Series and Pirates. I currently have 2 HOF hitters in my inventory (Biggio and Chipper) so it is not like I can load up my lineup and knock that out in one CPU game. I can't even buy a few on the market to pad my lineup since the only HOF card on the market is Goose Gossage. I have no clue how many Puerto Rican players are in my inventory.
Sure, this isn't MLB The Show 18 level of grinding but it is grinding to some.
-
@Dolenz_PSN Is it the hall of fame series only or can you use for example the Bob Gibson out of position card?

It specifically says Hall of Fame Series.

This grind was just the right length for me. It took like 3-4 hours, which is a good program length in my opinion.
I did get worried after realizing I had to either complete all Moments or enter the Event. First Clemente moment was hard (finally got Oppo Perfect Perfect) but the rest were super easy.
