Team Captains - What are we waiting for?

It’s mid September and the game has been out for 6 months. We have had access to exactly 20 of the available 60 team captains. Someone please make this make sense. The double boost is huge for team builds and SDS is actively delaying this for some weird reason. The fact they are slow dripping these 2 at a time to keep players logging into the game until the next game drops is ridiculous.

Team captains.
You can have a hitting captain and a pitching captain. They have to be equipped and activated on the captains screen (left from the lineup screen).
When they are on the squad and active they will give all your players from that team a boost. The size of the boost depends on how many players you have from that team on the squad.

+15 to power
+10 k/9
+10 to BB/9
+10 to hits/9
+10 to pitching clutch -
