What actually constitutes someone being supercharged?
Because evidently it isn't someone going 4-4 with 2 HRs and 5 RBIs.
Nor is it someone who went 3-5 with 2 HRs and 3 RBIs.
But let some rookie that's batting under .200 hit a HR; then that person is supercharged.

Was it a walk off HR? If so then that is an automatic Supercharge.
Supercharge can happen one of two ways.
1st - SDS has a set of criteria. I don't remember them all but I do know it is
- 5 hits in a Game
- 3 Hrs in a Game
- A walk off homer (I think that is new this year)
- A 20 Game Hit Streak
- A No Hitter
- A major milestone (Lance Lynn's 2,000th strike out)
I can't remember some of the other numbers for RBIs, Strike outs and such.
2nd - Fan vote - Every week there is a fan vote for a player who did really well for the week but did not actually meet any of the above criteria.
EDIT Oh, an exception to the rule is on opening day when they usually supercharge at least one player per game.

@X-FREEZE-OFF-X_PSN It seems arbitrary and inconsistent aside from a walk off HR. That almost always gets a supercharge.

3 for No Hitters
10 for Walk Off homers/grand slams
6 for 5 hit games
2 for 7 RBIs
2 for 3 HRs in a game
1 for hitting HRs in 5 straight games

That batter just fell short of all three criteria. If they supercharge that player then they are being arbitrary and inconsistent.
The only times I have seen them supercharge for less is opening day games and maybe special series.

- Jazz got supercharged for International Jazz day (stupid one in my opinion)
- Mason Miller for 30 Strikeouts while only allowing 1 hit in 11 appearances.
- Juan Soto for most walks in MLB History before turning 26.
- Bobby Witt Jr - Became 3rd shortstop since 1920 to record 2+ HR, 6+ RBI, & 1+ SB in a game on 5/21.

I want supercharged Cedric Mullins for his 2 HR day yesterday.
Since he unfortunately sucks in real life now, I don't get many chances to use that sweet swing.

How about supercharge Pete Crow-Armstrong for his defense alone yesterday. Why not?
